Order Picker

An order picker is a lift truck with an elevating platform which raises the operator for picking and stocking jobs. On the order picker, the operator is lifted or lowered to the height to the pick or stock position. This lift platform functions both as the stocking or picking platform and the driver cab. Often an order picker features a safety switch, which prevents the order picker from moving unless triggered. The operation of this switch keeps the order picker still while the operator is stocking or picking products.
